We take great pride in our pecans and take the utmost care to package them so they arrive in excellent condition. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you complete your order:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*SHIPPING CHOCOLATE- For all orders containing chocolate or fudge your order must arrive within 2 days of shipping. If you are located in an area UPS Ground will not reach you within 2 days, your order MUST be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Rates. Please be advised that if you fail to choose this option at checkout, your credit card charge will automatically be ammended.

*Shipping rates are calculated based on actual UPS shipping rates plus a packaging and handling fee.

*Warm Weather Shipping - Special packaging with ice packs are used from April-October. Because of the additional ice packs that are required, an additional fee is added during these months. This charge will be automatically reflected in the displayed shipping rates during checkout.

*Product Guarantee - In order or guarantee the quality and freshness of your order when it arrives at your door we recommend that shipping methods be upgraded to 2nd Day shipping when ground shipping will take more than two days to arrive. (Please see map below).

*Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For orders where the chosen shipping method will result in the package being in transit over a weekend, the order will be shipped on the following Monday (or Tuesday in the event that Monday is a holiday).

*If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date please contact our store to confirm shipping. Remember UPS only delivers on business days! For rushed delivery please contact our store to make arrangements.
